Hello Martine,

I don't know how you got 6 downloads all at once!
At the www.openoffice.org site, when you click on "I want to
download", a green download box appears and when you click again (you
can also find other language options and versions for operating
systems here), you are brought to a second window "You are about to
download..." while a dialog box is prepared where you can decide what
you want to do with the dmg file you are about to receive.
The first of the dmg's is the good one: 3.3.0 (3.1 and 3.2 are older
versions, 3.3.3 and 3.4 are future versions that have not reached
their final release and may contain (more) bugs than the official
present release, 3.3.0)
In the dialog box, choose Save File, and put it in your Download
folder or simply on your Desktop.
The dmg is now coming in, it takes a few minutes or more, depending on
your internet connection etc.
Once it's complete, you can double click on it, then in a Finder box
that appears showing the contents of the OOo 3.3 'disk' drag the OOo
icon to the Applications folder as proposed by the arrow. OOo is now
getting installed in your Programs/Applications folder. Tou'll be
able to find its icon there (button with two seagulls. If you want to
have OOo easily accessible in your Dock, drag the icon to it.

Success and come back on the list with any other question.
