This seems like a very strange behavior. Where did you download
OpenOffice.org? (the correct full name) You should have gotten the
download from http://www.openoffice.org/. When you click on "I want to
download Openoffice.org, an inline rectangle appears. Click "Download
now."
First you need to check the size of each one of these. To be a full
version, the size should be approximately 160 MB. If any of these are
far less than this size, drag them to the Trash, and then empty the
Trash. The second one you listed probably fits into this category.
If the size is correct, the first one is likely the correct one.
3.3.0 is the current stable version. 3.1.3 and 3.2.3 would be earlier
version (if they every existed). 3.3.3 does not exist, and 3.4.0 is not
scheduled for release until the end of the year to early next year.
So, only the top two are numbered correctly. And as you stated, the
second one is likely only a partial file. I would drag the bottom five
icons to the Trash, and then empty the trash.
