You are right. I forgot to mention the most important part. To make
this icon active, you need to select one or more rows to highlight
them. To select a row, click the gray rectangle in front of that row.
Clicking the "Data to text ..." icon then opens a window in which
you can make several choices as to what you want to do and how it will
look.
You can choose adjacent rows by selecting the first row you want by
clicking its gray rectangle and selecting the last row you want while
holding down the Shift key. If you want to select non-adjacent rows,
hold down the Control key while selecting the rows you want. (Only the
selected rows will be highlighted.)
Thank you for being persistent. This is something that I need to
add to the Getting Started section of the User's Guide for version 2.0.
I would not have thought this was this important if you had not asked.
