I think it's a combination of weak documentation and rather misleading menus (the recipe given in this thread certainly works - but I think a better description in the manual of what 'anchor' means in the various contexts would be good. I've seen nothing as clearly described as in this thread (thanks again, guys!)) plus some weird things with pictures jumping around when moved (I see another thread just started on this same topic). Neither object nor anchor ever seem to me /quite/ under full control of the mouse.
