You seem blissfully unaware of the nature of a mailing list such as this, and although I /distinctly/ remember posting with something vaguely helpful (IMO) this morning you seem to have ignored that and other advice.
And to be quite clear - this is /not/ /Oracle/ /support/. It's a group of users and other volunteers who freely give time to help where they can and where the enquirer will permit. Abrasiveness will not help one jot.
By the way, did you actually have a problem to raise here? I can't find anything from you posted since mid-May at least, other than your two complaints. If you don't ask, you won't get :-)
