I don't think I was clear about my question before. The company I work for wants to continue saving all documents in Microsoft formats, however, they want a conversion tool that will alleviate some of the issues out there for opening Microsoft documents in Open Office. In other words, they want this software to go in and clean up the microsoft documents so that when they are opened in OpenOffice there is no change or distortion in either formatting or content. I am currently working with OpenOffice version 109 if that helps at all. Thank you,
