Sadly, I do not believe that this is supported.

Perhaps MySQL might better suit your needs?

You can always use OOo Base as a front end to help set up the tables etc. (via ODBC, or I believe OOo Base can now connect more directly to MySQL)

You might also be able to do something with SQLite:
  http://www.sqlite.org/
I've never used that, and not sure how good the ODBC support is - a search for "sqllite odbc" turned up a few ideas.

I hope that gives a few ideas. If you need more help with either of those, it would be best to contact their mailing lists / forums.
