It varies according to the printer you are using and is a printer
setting, not an OOo setting.

In the print box, there should be a "settings" command, which you can
set to duplex. However, somewhere on the computer
there is a printer setup routine that you used when you first connected
the printer. In that routine, there should be a
place where you can tell the printer to print duplex, and then
everything you print, unless you tell it otherwise in the
print box, will be full duplex. Saves a lot of paper!
