As far as I know there has been no movement to Apache servers and the domain 
has not been directed to anywhere else than it has been all along.  

Furthermore, the OSUOSL laboratory location is not under control of Oracle or 
Apache.  It just happens to be reachable via a subdomain of the openoffice.org 
domain name. 

I will see if there can be advance announcements when such movement is about to 
occur, so that users can be warned in advance of changes that may disrupt 
availability of openoffice.org sites.

This isn't strange as far as OpenOffice is migrating to Apache servers.  May be 
that's why you are having troubles with this site.
