Hi, When this happens it needs to be reported to OSUOSL (Oregon State University - Open Source Labs). I have emailed support. Let's give the admins time to respond.
The trouble with these services is that both are too much for the servers. According to the OSUOSL admin, Oracle was working on upgrades for this but the activity stopped at the beginning of June. The servers use Drupal. If there are any Drupal experts who would like to help the Apache OpenOffice.org project improve these services then please join us at [email protected] and volunteer.
