I think you're better off using the official openoffice.org site for the download, <http://www.openoffice.org/>. Use the "I want to download OpenOffice.org".
All Windows versions of OpenOffice.org are 32-bit (x86), but they install and run on 64-bit Windows just fine. - Dennis -----Original Message----- From: Doug [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, September 26, 2011 21:54 To: [email protected] Subject: [users] Re: Can't download your program for Windows On 09/27/2011 12:44 AM, Fred A. I had it on Windows before, but that was months ago. What must I do to get it now, and if I do, will it run on an x64 system? Yes, but you're better off getting the 64-bit version. What you rec'd on your 'puter is part of the archive, thus the *.part extension. Download again. Fred - Please tell me exactly what url to go to to get a 64-bit download.
