Hmm, I hate those problems when they happen to me.

Fortunately, I have a hotmail address I can usually use when a destination 
address
is too hair-triggered about sender validity.  I don't know how to deal with this
at Apache directly.

Do you have a gmail or hotmail account you can use to get to @*.apache.org?  It 
won't 
help with the Bugzilla account problem but it would at least let you reach 
someone to
troubleshoot the mail rejection with you.

My email to bugzilla-admin at apache.org was also bounced due to the SPF 
records.
