Don't think OOo2.0bc is in any of the repositories as it changes too
often. Debs you can get from Pavel Janik's repository 
ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/
or try what is suggested in
http://documentation.openoffice.org/setup_guide2/2.x/en/SETUP_GUIDE_draft.pdf
It isn't perfect, yet but should help.
