Greetings,
I need to create a reusable document (template) with suvey questions that have 
text options (check boxes or drop down menus) and then be able to print out a 
customized report based on the survey responses.  Eventually I would like to do 
this interview survey and report generation via a tablet PC.  How can I do this 
with OpenOffice?
