Thank you for the repremand. We do back up our data. We back up the v1 spreadsheets as v1 spreadsheets and the v2 spreadsheets as v2 spreadsheets. That is not the issue. If a problem occurs with the v2 sheets and I cannot use them, I would like to convert them to v1 sheets (ya know, the backed up ones?) and go back to using v1. -- John R.
