Calc and Writer are at least as good as the Office equivalents. Impress lacks a bit in relation to Power Point, but it's useable enough that I can do a decent presentation. OOo _does_ have some differences when you start using the advanced features (particularly if you're working on something that's book length) so expect folks some retraining.
