It is pretty straightforward to do this.. Open the Fomat - Cells dialog and select the Numbers tab.
Slect Time and examine the different options while obseving the Format Code. For 9:37 AM, the format code is HH:MM AM/PM For 9:37, the format code is HH:MM You can directly modify any Format Code in this dialog to get the customized effect youneed. Dave On 7/17/05, G.
