Hallo Bob,

you have no other assurance, if you don't require an acknowledgement.

Regards,
Klaus

I'm getting paranoid about my sent e-mail. Most of my low volume of
messages is addressed to organizations from whom I don't necessarily
expect an answer. Sometimes when I hit "send" a processing window
briefly appears. Most often the only assurance of its' actually going
out into the internet ether is the appearance of the message in "Sent
Messages".
Needless to say, I'm new at this. My basic question is--- Does the fact
that a sent message is listed in "Sent Messages" an assurance that it
was actually sent?
