Denize
right click on a paragraph,
and choose
"Edit Paragraph Style", and set your choice in the alignment tab.
The will change every paragraph with this style in the document.
Do not select all the text and click the centre icon (or press Ctrl/e)
as this only affects the text you happen to have selected.
