Sending the request to the address which is at the bottom of this email
is only one half the process. The list server will send a confirmation
request to which you must reply to complete the removal.
Of course, you must either perform these steps from the email address
you used originally to subscribe or fetch the users-help email to learn
how to perform the task from an alternate address.
