The simplest method I know is to use the Find and Replace dialog under the Edit menu. Click on the More Options... button and choose Format. >From the list, select Position as a format, and leaving your Find text empty, click on Find All to select all the subscripted text. Once they are selected, you should then go to the Styles and Formatting (F11) and create a new character style called Subscript so next time you can just modify the style, or search for style.
