Hi Mike

The native format of OOo documents (.sxw) is not able to be opened by MS
Word. Save your document as an MS Word (.doc) file and they should be
able to read it.

Many recommend saving the file initially as the OOo format, then doing a
"File-Save As" of the .doc. The native format is more robust.
