Ignore the default language. What you need to do, is set the language for: I) Cell Styles; ii) Numbering Styles; iii) Character Styles; iv) Paragraph Styles; And then _NEVER_ under _any_ circumstances use anything on a toolbar to change the markup of a character, or paragraph. The only tool you _may_ use is Stylist.
