Since the error msg says: "Unexpected end of file," I think
your download probably did not complete successfully. I would
suggest trying the download again.

I would also suggest you use a download manager. Some of them are
listed on the www.openoffice.org web site. Second suggestion: Before
unziping the downloaded file, use md5sum.exe on it to make sure it is a
good download. Link to the md5sum.exe information is found in the
bottom right part of the download page.
