Art, The advice you have hopefully been seeing is to run either the openoffice19125.msi or setup.exe programs which should exist after unzipping.
In case it isn't clear, these are equivalent and you only need to run one of them. The *.msi is the "new" installation format from Microsoft. While both "tools" can be used to develop clean installations of applications, my understanding is that the *.msi provides more structure to do the job well (cleaner, more predictable installs and un-installs). If an application offers both, they are probably equivalent, so it really doesn't matter which you choose. (I chose the openoffice19125.msi because it had more letters, and double clicking that icon increased my effective typing speed 8-).
