Three options I can think of, all of which demonstrate a masterful grasp
of the obvious bordering on genius (to quote a childhood friend ;-).
1. Widen the column
2. Abbreviate or otherwise shorten the word
3. Break the word with a hyphen and enable wrapping in the cell.
