Many thanks for this. My basic problem is that, with 1.9.125, there is
no E# symbol at the top of the Entries Tab.
I'll play with the formatting in the Entries Tab to see what I can make
of it.

would probably be to select level 1, and see if there is maybe an extra

select a level which you are happy with the formatting, and would like
the first level in the table to match, and click the All button in the

The first level leaves a space between the heading number and the text
