Many thanks for this. My basic problem is that, with 1.9.125, there is no E# symbol at the top of the Entries Tab.

I'll play with the formatting in the Entries Tab to see what I can make of it.

I have a TOC referencing three heading levels.

The first level leaves a space between the heading number and the text

of the heading.  The other two do not.

Does anyone have any suggestions/
