You know how to install Turkisch spellchek? File|Autopilot|Add new dictionary.
In Tools|Options|Languages you can set the default language of each document.
In the paragraph styles of a document (F11, Stylist) you can set another language for that style - if desired. In that way you can use more languages in one document.
