Steve, FWIW, I have gotten a lot of these SPAM warnings. The mail list is obviously getting the messages, and as these messages seem to only get sent to posters, they don't clog up the mail list itself.
As you've discovered, one practical way to "fix" them is indeed to get the complainer unsubcribed. But that user may be naive or stuck with a stoopid ISP, so as the nature of this help community and tool is to kind to "newbies", I've taken another tack. I've tried to solve this at the "offending" system. Unfortunately the first (and only three) folks I tried to fix this with wouldn't answer any email about their problem. So I have given up and gone with the instant hack of a gmail filter that delivers all mail from that system's postmaster (or which ever email address that is sent, in this case, [EMAIL PROTECTED] directly to the trash. This doesn't really fix the problem, but as I never see the email twice anymore (one whine gets a new filter), they don't bother me anymore. I don't expect any "apologies" from those postmasters anyways, so I'm not too worried about throwing that junk mail away.
