[users] MUI-Support in OOo

Hello,
in our bilingual society we need the presense of  the German-Version and
Italian-Version of OOo on every PC running WinXP in the offices of the
public administration.
Question; Does OOo support (and what I have to do to make it run) a MUI
like interface, i.e. the launch of the right version of OOo depending on
the language -settings in the Users profile?
