There are some folks doing that on their own - which is not a copyright
violation, but if you have the ability, why not contribute tutorials and
howto's directly to OpenOffice.org?

     There is another web site: www.oooauthors.org which is presently 
working on a user's guide for OOo. You might want to check this site 
out as well.
