Hi Mary, Are you trying to open an OFFICE BINDER TEMPLATE? Binders are not something that I expect to see supported since they are really just a fancy list of other documents. The file extension for a BINDER happens to be .obt, the very extension that is causing you grief. If this is the case, then I suggest trying to open the individual files that were referred to by the "binder".
