It appears you may have registered before using this address. If you
tried to unsubscribe, you may not have replied to the confirmation email
so the list bot would not have removed you.
Because your email address is already in the system, why don't you try
to unsubscribe it by sending an email to the users-unsubscribe address
at the bottom of this email? If you receive a unsubscribe confirmation
email, reply to it per normal procedure. After that, try to subscribe
once again and see if the behavior is proper.
If you cannot unsubscribe using the listbot's normal procedure, then the
only other action I can think of is to fetch the user-help email and try
using the "unsubscribe from another address" procedure. As a last
resort, find the (human) list administrator's address in the help email
and submit your request to him/her/them. Remember, any time you try to
subscribe or unsubscribe, you will receive a confirmation email to which
you must reply in order to complete the transaction.
