Well Dan,
Got it working some what,
there is a major problem, I not finding,
this:
You see, made two tables,
with both having a recid field, one primary, other would be foreign,
but, the key here, is find this command , of select that field,
or row or header, to tell it hey, you primary, and in fact it should
be auto entry, did select decimal for field type, then formated as
general numbers.
But, I went threw all the command and menu (MACOS X ) can't find
this command, in the help file.
<snip>
In NeoOffice/J, you define the primary key in the design view of a
table, by choosing the relevant command from the of a row header for the
selected field.
</snip>
Thanks -
Richard

Try this: create a new text file (untitled1 will do).

If so, you can create simple dBase databases.

Not sure why, but the DB feature has never been in a Mac version (or
in the Mac version of MS-Office) even in the pre-sun star office

have decided long ago that Mac users don't have any data that we
couldn't manage with just a spreadsheet and caffeine.

Was wondering when the Mac version is going to have a built-in
