I am writing to verify and clarify info about your software..I have been a user
of Wordpad for years but it can not do what I need now...
I just called Staples and after "discussing" the cost of Microsoft WORD I was
refered to you at "openoffice.org" saying I could download your "equivalent of
WORD" for free.. True?
What I want to be able to do is Find and Replace pages of scanned German text
and where the "umlauted" U was scanned and printed as ii. Does your software
give me the capability to type German umlaut's?
Lastly if it appears your software will do the job for me, can I order, for a
fee, a copy on CD as I only have a modem and suspect that it will take a long
time to down load it.
