Hi,
I'm migrating from Windows to Linux. So I downloaded
the new OOo 2.0 beta version and I'm trying it
(1.9.128 in Linux and 1.9.125 in Windows). I had
already defined the address book data base and it
seems to work Ok.
I used to use MSWord to print faxes, envelopes or
letters to one of just few contacts of the address
book, but I'm not able to do the same with OOo,
because the Tools Correspondence merging wizard does
not offer me the option to choice just one record.
Even more, I didn't find the option for choosing the
record based on its content instead of its number,
because within around 400 records, I can't remember
the record number for every person/company.
So, could you please tell me if there is any way for
doing that? Thanks.
