If you have more than one language (dictionary) installed in
your OOo, you need to associate text with the proper language.
To do this, select the text you want to associate (for the
entire document, Use menu item Edit > Select All; otherwise,
hold down mouse button one and swipe it over the text desired)
then go to menu item Format > Character which will present a
dialog box. On the Font tab of this dialog, set the desired
language in the drop-down box.
