Hi,
I am using OOo 1.1.3.  I followed the instructions to have the vertical ruler 
displayed,  but what do I do when I get to view. I am lost. There is nothing 
there to click on. I see there is an option in help and no matter how I try to 
display the vertical ruler, no luck. Does anyone know.  Thank you.
