I thought that attachements were removed, but documents should not be
posted to the list regardless. If you create a database document and
email it to me personally, I will be more than happy to attempt to
create a form following the steps that you write down. If This is the

Andrew has reported that JRE 1.5.X does not work well with
OOo. He found using it caused crashes, etc. When he returned to
using JRE 1.4.2 the same files caused no problems.
