Good list, CPH. Here's a suggestion that might be good on the other end of things. Wherever the newbies are mailing in from, remind them to include which version of OOo they are using, what operating system, and as many tech details as possible, so their questions might get answered. And also, why not ask them to change that [Moderated] subject line, if that's all that's causing it?
