What you have listed is the Printer Properties box list for Paper Size.
What you want is the box immediately underneath which is called
Orientation. 

See the attached image.

You have been looking in the wrong place I believe.

Custom paper size in this menu is a function of the printer driver. See
if you can get a new one.
