OK now my 2c worth ;) > Here's my personal view, from having worked extensively with Microsoft > Office for the past 10-15 years on my job, and now with OpenOffice for > the past 4 years or so at home. I think you have (inadvertently) highlighted one of the main factors that people overlook when making the comparison between MSO & OOo. Microsoft have spent 15+ years (ignoring millions of dollars) developing the code and expanding the features of Office. Sun/OOo on the other hand have got this product up to a level where it can reasonably be compared to MSO in just 5 years. Maybe in 10+ years time, there will be users on MSO lists asking why their favourite office suite doesn't have this or that feature of OOo ;) 8<-- snip -->8 > Dick, Webster, NY Dave --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
