[users] Writer and Base

Hi,

I dont know if this has been asked before but here goes anyway.
I have reports I have to write every week and all the data is in the 
MySQL database. I have setup Base with the appropriate queries to 
retrieve the data. However how do i embed these in my reports so that 
when I open the reports it automatically retrieves the latest data from 
the database?
