This problem has been reported quite often. It seems to be due to a faulty
upgrade script that keeps some of the old 1.1.x configurations which -with
2.0- have no meaning.

I have heard from a radical solution which says to deinstall all versions,
delete - per hand - all remaining OO.org folders (the ones you have named,
but backup the files which you need later as e.g. templates), and then
reinstall 2.0.
