I would bet this keyboard has one of them cute little emmbeded
keypads -- if you can figure out how to tuen it off you will be happy

It's very strange. I can only suggest:
1. If those button is on the extended key, try to turn ON the numlock.
2. Check whether there is any program in the systray that might be
causing a
conflict.
