Somebody told you you could create a billing office with OOo. Perhaps you should not have believed them because you ae now asking for help :) There are indeed people out there who can create customized BP solutions for companies. They are called consultants and they cost $. You have made a good move in reducing costs by deciding to use OOo as the platform upon which your billing system will be developed. If you are very lucky, someone will step forward from this forum and offer to help you for free ( for which you wil be eternally grateful) If someone steps forward and offers to help you for a nimonal amount, give it careful consideration. Alternatively, start reading the manuals and see if you can come up with a home-grown solution to your requirements.
