It's a little tricky, at least I've found. If the frame is selected,  there's 
no way (that I can tell) to edit the text inside the frame. If you click  
away from the frame, to deselect it, you should be able to click in the 
interior  
of the frame, where the text is located, and edit the text. Let me know if 
that  works for you.
