Hi Manuel, I don't know if it is possible. IE is completely controlled by Microsoft, there's no way for us to make them support the new ODF format, (although there are those who are trying to do just that).
There is a project called OOoView https://oooview.dev.java.net/ It is written in Java, and should run under IE (as long as the computer has JRE installed). However, at this time, it only supports the old sxw format, and not the new ODF (although that is in development). AbiWord, (a free cross-platform open source Word Processor, that is *much* smaller than OOo) supports ODF, so maybe you could get that installed. http://www.abiword.com/ I don't know of any hacks or workarounds to get ODF to show up in IE. You could always save your work in the DOC format, which I'm sure your coworkers can open. Or PDF, or RTF, or HTML.
