In this case, I just clicked the "Print" toolbar button which sends the file directly to the printer without going into the printer dialogue box. But I had previously gone into Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Calc > Print and checked the box that says Print Only Selected Sheets. I just went in now and confirmed that this box is still checked. However, I just tried to reproduce the problem and I am unable to. So I don't know what caused the undesired printing before, but it seems to be gone now.
