[users] EndNote citation manager

I work with a European network where number of colleagues work with 
EndNote, to create a common, collaborative list of publications for all 
network members. Using EndNote should also faciliate the writing and 
lay-outing of the common final report. So, it's difficult to use another 
 citation and bibliography manager.
Before buying EndNote is there anyone here who, already worked with 
EndNote and Writer ? Is an integration possible ?
